since i went out to party on thursday and didnt make it to friday class, i am so confused as to what day it is. i actuallly jumped out of bed today thinking it was monday. i have been consistently confused since friday. wow. i should stay in on weeknights. it's just not natural.
JET as stated in a reply i made to a comment to my last entry: can i please get a packing list à la sleep-away camp?!? Summer camp gives you a handy list of things you should definitely bring and a few things that are unnecessary, but valid suggestions. You know- 12 underwear, sunblock, bathing suit, envelopes, stamps, hat/visor, sleeping bag or blanket. I guess the JET program's list would be long and involved, and it really wouldn't pay to bring a year's worth of shampoo since presumably, they have that available in Japan, but I would love to be reminded to bring things like neat prizes for students, acceptable clothing for a teacher (of which i own none), toothpaste (since you would think you wouldn't need a lot but we've all heard about the Japanese variety)
now to the business of recovering from the weekend and preparing for MONDAY!! ack.
