  • shit happens


    it finally happened.  MASHI made a mess.  but shes the BEST CAT EVER!  she went on a pile of newspapers!!  god i love this cat.  so maybe i will not leave her inside during the day anymore no matter how cute and comfy she looks.  granted i came home really late. 


    yesterday i had 4 classes in a row.  thats rough.  and then i stayed to sort out other stuff that i usually do in free time.  then i went to NARUTO.  julie and i skipped japanese class to go help brian and christine with their adult english class in the evening.  there were housewives and some kids and babies.  so cute.  the littlest one, Momo-chan, was rolling around on the floor giggling during the closing speech.  hilarious.  i guess its a boy.  hes like 2 maybe. 


    WORDTANK: i made an absent-minded bid on one on eBAY and i won it.  i found this out later.  having forgotten how to use ebay i then had to go thru the computer at school giving me errors that i didnt understand.  i was going to just move to a different one, but the teacher next to me had already dont that.  drat.  who knows what goes on on these computers.  almost no one knows what theyre doing either.  i sure dont.  i just need a jukebox that can do email basically.  the wordtank was among the cheapest wordtanks and it was ending in a day.  that s how i forgot.  but it should be in the mail and get here next week i guess.  so i can still use ebay as long as intl shipping is ok, or the seller is in japan, even better.  now on to the non-regional DVD player, and laptop.  yikes!  cha ching. 


    in desperation for some long sleeve shirts, i am now wearing a shirt that was less than 300 yen.  thats damn cheap.  i need time to shop properly, so until then i will wear this crap.  im so busy i cant even study lately.  i feel like a slug.  stuff is going on, but japanese should be more important than that.  can you buy self-motivation on eBAY?  i have lots of books i just cant seem to open them.  those canadian tapes keep sucking me in!  i love FIREFLY AND ALIAS.  that s what kept me up last night.  and the PRACTICE too.  im fading fast, i need a nap. 


    FIREFLY: im not watching the DVDs per se, but everyone should see this show.  the cast is so sexy and the writing is really good.  plus, the fan outcry after cancelling the show after only one season or so has made them put a movie plan into effect.  o joy.  plus, one actress is also on ALIAS sometimes.  HA.  try to see past the sci-fi western theme if thats not you, just try it! thanks joss whedon!  for buffy too.


    TONIGHT: im going to part 2 of the naruto english seminar.  its a one time thing, just two nights.  and then christine's principal is taking us to dinner.  some chinese chain that i have in my town too.  but also, one of the foreigner bars in TOKUSHIMA CITY, QUEEN VICS is closing.  this is their last night so there is a party of sorts.  i dont know if i can handle that or if i can even get there at a reasonable time.  plus the place can only fit about 15 ppl before other ppl start popping out of the door.  unless you stand in the bathroom or just stand on top of someone else.  that could work.
